Teraflex Dana 44 Rear Axle 8-Lug Full-Float Conversion & Solid Big Rotors – 32-Spline is the perfect solution for those who demand the utmost in performance and durability on their Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon. Oversized and heavier wheel/tire combos can cause axle shafts to bend, which can cause your wheels and bearings to wear out prematurely. Accomplish the strength and durability your vehicle needs for high-speed impacts and low-range twisting and binding. Also included are the 13.5" performance rotor and anchor bracket for increased and balanced braking. This conversion retains all factory sensors and maintains the OEM park brakes calipers and pads.

 

Remove Weight From The Axle Shaft

This conversion kit features twin-bearing full-float design forged 4140 chromoly spindles that transfer torque evenly to the wheels without the added stress of carrying the vehicle weight. The bearings come maintenance-free, and oil bathed for a maintenance-free design. This conversion retains all factory sensors and maintains the OEM park brakes calipers and pads.

 

NOTE:

  • We recommend replacing the inner seal when removing an axle shaft. As it makes sense to change both sides and both seals at the same time, the total install time will equal 4.9 hours. This install time includes both the driver and passenger side axle shafts, (2) inner seals, removal of differential, adding oil, and axle reassembly.
  • Locking Hub Kits and Full-Float Kits may not work w/ all wheels. Please verify fitment before installation.
