Earlier this year I was invited out to Rocks and Valleys off road park in Michigan by the folks at Bestop and Baja Designs to spend some time with a couple of new Broncos. Since these vehicles were so tricky to get ahold of… many manufacturers had to scramble to design products and then get photos and videos of that stuff. This is a behind the scenes video of a shoot for some of the new products from Bestop and Baja Designs and I’ll give you a feel for what it’s like to cruise around in the dirt with both vehicles and what my initial thoughts are. We had a 4 door Outer Banks (silver) and 2 door Black Diamond (red) both equipped with the Sasquatch package and the 330 horsepower twin turbo 2.7L engine. It was great to spend some time in both of these rigs and you can tell by the video that it was a lot of fun and I really liked them. Since I’m used to my 4 door Jeep JKU, I naturally gravitated towards the 4 door Bronco. What strikes me the most about the few days I spent driving these around Michigan was how comfortable and easy they were to live with.
