Body Armor GEN 3 Front TrailDoors

GEN 3 TrailDoors are the newest version of our iconic TrailDoor. Now manufactured in the USA the GEN 3 TrailDoors now features additional adjustability not available in the previous generation of doors. The latest version includes a redesigned door pin that allows the use of the factory door sex-bolts. This reduces vibration and prevents theft. The door frames are now robotically welded with precision. The Frames bends are computer controlled through a CNC mandrel auto-feed machine. These new processes insure a consistent fitting door frame. Another improvement is the door webbing. The fit of the webbing is improved and we added Velcro loops to secure the ends of the webbing so there is no more flapping. We encapsulated the arm pads in nylon material improving the life of the padding. We also improved the material of the webbing itself, heavy cordura nylon panels for comfort and durability. The frames are painted in our dual process textured black powder coat and are pre-drilled for our 5126 mirrors. The GEN 3 TrailDoors are proudly made in the USA.
