New Centerforce® Dual Friction® Clutch Kit, is available for 2018-2020 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and 2020 Jeep Gladiator (JT) with 3.8L V6 Engines. This new kit features our high inertia billet steel flywheel and 10.4” single disc, replacing the O.E. dual-mass flywheel and smaller twin disc. This kit has a 37% inertia increase over O.E. helping the engine maintain RPM’s in rough terrain. Pressure plate features our centrifugal weight system and specialized machining processes to provide increased holding capacity over O.E. The disc features our Dual Friction technology distributing pressure plate clamp force evenly over a 360 degree friction-facing on one side, while the opposing side uses a segmented friction-facing to concentrate clamping pressure and increase clutch holding capacity. This Dual Friction clutch kit has a torque capacity of 494ft/lbs equating to a 35% increase over O.E. Also available Centerforce II clutch kit, with a torque rating of 434 ft/lbs.
