Crown Automotive 4886187AA Heavy Duty Leaf Spring for 84-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ

This Crown Automotive Heavy Duty Leaf Spring was designed after original equipment on Jeep Cherokees from 1984 thru 1996, but will fit until the 2001 model year. Late model XJ's may actually achieve a little lift from using these springs as the load rating and free arch was engineered to support the early model year drivetrains and trim levels. Bushings are required for either end, so you can opt for the factory style rubber bushings or upgrade to polyurethane replacements when installation day comes. It is recommended that both springs be changed at the same time to assure a proper keel.

Additional Details

Original Replacement: Made to early Cherokee standards from 84-96 for arch and load rating, but size of spring will fit from 84-01

Stock Applications: Not intended to achieve additional suspension clearance, but some trim levels may see minor clearance changes depending on current curb weight

Spring Details: 4-Leaf Pack, with 5-1/2" Free-Arch and 405 lb. Load Rating, Bushings Not Included
