This lens is a direct replacement for the original lenses in your Stage Series LED Light Bars. It can be used to change both the color and output pattern, with a quick swap! Made of durable optical-grade polycarbonate, each lens comes with an integrated o-ring to maintain a watertight seal.
Colors. Stage Series LED Light Bars use the same high-output Cool White LED chips for both white and yellow configurations. This means changing your optic and color is just a simple lens swap away. No need to worry about color variation when switching from yellow to white!
You might be wondering - if you have a multicolor backlight, how does that work with a yellow lens? Don’t worry. Diode Dynamics engineers included a small toggle switch on each circuit board. When swapping out a lens, you can configure that section to be either white or yellow, which will ensure the backlight functions according to the selected lens color.
Easy Swap. Changing the lenses on the Stage Series LED Light Bars takes just a few minutes! Remove the silver torx-head screws from the back frame, pull the old lens and o-ring assembly out, and put in your new lens, which comes with the o-ring preinstalled. Take care not to touch the inner optical surface of your new lens during the swap, or wear a pair of gloves to keep things clean. The locating pins ensure correct alignment and rotation. Reinstall the torx-head screws so they are very hand-tight, and you are ready to shine in your new color or beam pattern!
Choose Your Beam Pattern. Each Stage Series beam pattern has been carefully designed to perform in real-world conditions.
The all-new Combo/Driving pattern has been engineered to blend distance and width into one balanced beam pattern. Everyone wants a great all-around light, and while other options on the market try to tackle this by combining two patterns, the resulting output is less than desirable–spot gives you a harsh hotspot, while a flood or wide pattern produces unwanted glare and wasted light. Diode Dynamics new Combo/Driving optic uses dozens of carefully-designed pillow optics to produce a blended, even output that measures 60x30 degrees and gives you throw downrange while still providing ample foreground illumination. It’s the ideal choice when you want one beam pattern that can handle just about any situation, and it elevates the standard for what a Combo light should be.

Installation:

- Remove the silver torx-head screws from the back frame.
- Pull the old lens and o-ring assembly out.
- Put in your new lens, which comes with the o-ring preinstalled. DO NOT remove the o-ring from the lens. You will find small pins which align the lens in the correct orientation. If the lens does not drop into place, make sure alignment is correct.
- Reinstall the silver screws so they are very hand-tight.
