Our Jeep JL Spare Tire Delete removes your heavy spare tire from the tailgate while retaining the use of your OEM backup camera. By replacing the spare tire assembly, the delete provides a clean look to the rear of your vehicle, and it improves your approach & departure angles when on technical trails or rock crawling. The delete features a license plate mount and LED light with weatherproof crimps. Included with the delete are rubber plugs to clean up the open spaces left by removing the spare tire isolators and wiring grommet during install. It is made from heavy-duty steel and finished in a sleek micro-texture black powder coat. With our spare tire delete, you can rid your Jeep of that bulky spare without sacrificing the rear camera for enhanced off-road abilities and retained OEM utility.
* Please Note: Minor trimming and wiring is required for installation.
** Please Note: The delete will not work with an OE reinforcement or aftermarket heavy-duty tire carrier.
