The front axle is highly susceptible to bending which causes a costly replacement. This EVO MFG ProTek Front Axle Truss is designed to specifically provide sufficient strength thus prevent deflection. It is manufactured using a combination that perfectly minimizes excess heat as well as welding shrinkage that ensures a firm axle after install. It also guarantees easier installation and less chance of axle warping. The integrated 3/16 inch steel backbone collectively adds to the 9/16 inch total backbone bracing. The secondary ¼-inch steel differential bridge links the right and left truss sections over the cast differential center section hence offering a strong one-piece integrated truss system that covers the whole axle end to end. The differential bridge also comes in handy in ensuring that there is no need to weld the differential casting that requires some form of a special welding process to guarantee proper adhesion.
