But the stock transmission cooler is cramped, small, and does not allow for optimal airflow to keep the transmission cool. The Mishimoto Performance Transmission Cooler is a welcome upgrade that solves this issue. Designed specifically to optimize airflow that passes through the grill, this transmission cooler features a 93% increase in external tube area and 32% overall fin area. The unique fins within the tubes provide more surface area, resulting in cooler temperatures and increased performance. This unit is a direct replacement for the stock cooler and requires no drilling or modifications to the vehicle for installation. Backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
