The Motobilt half doors are constructed from aluminum, so they are lighter and easier to take on and off the Jeep while still maintaining their strength.

The Motobilt half doors are constructed from 11ga aluminum and are CNC laser cut and CNC bent into shape for a consistent product that looks great. The doors have a double wall design so we retain the factory door thickness and increase storage inside the door. There are door release latches on the interior and exterior of each door. Inside, each latch uses an adjustable automotive-grade cable to release the door.

The Motobilt aluminum half doors are not simply outside door skin like comparable products offered. The Motobilt aluminum JK Half Door features intro constriction that creates an actual door with an interior door panel. The interior of the door has a more refined and finished look. The interior door panel has a cutout in the door creating more storage space in your Jeep JK or JKU.

Each American-made door is meticulously metal finished, ground, sanded & inspected with pride for a superior level of quality & craftsmanship. These doors are constructed from aluminum and come as a sanded finish. You can either leave the doors just as they are, or you can polish, paint, or powder coat your doors.
