Description
This is the Motobilt front bumper loaded with the extras including the grill hoop, stinger, connectors, fair lead mount, and bumper. The loaded out Motobilt front bumper is by far our bestselling JK bumper. The bumper uses Motobilt part number MB1006 and we load it out complete with everything you will need including the stinger, grill hoop, connectors, and of course the bumper. The tube work is fabricated from 1.75-inch x .120-inch DOM round tubing. The bumper is fabricated using 3/16-inch-thick high strength steel plate.
The bumper was designed using the latest in 3D CAD technology and CNC cut for precision. Installation is easy. The holes in the end of the frame need to be drilled out to 5/8 inch and the rest just bolts on. If using a WARN ZEON Winch you will need a 3/16-inch steel spacer under the fairlead mount. The bumper is shipped bare metal. it is up to you to choose paint or powder coat and apply it to the color of your choice.
