Rancho Performance Front Differential Glide Plate - Dana 44 Creates a Smoother Glide Over Trail Obstacles The Rancho Performance Front Differential Glide Plate for the Jeep Wrangler JL or Jeep Gladiator JT mounts to the front axle casting to allow for a much smoother glide over obstacles whether you are going forward and backwards. Not only do these plates look great with their crisp red finish, but these glide plates protect your differential casting from direct contact with obstacles in severe off-road conditions. If you are already running a differential cover, you can still use this glide plate because it Works with OE and most aftermarket differential covers. Durable Steel Construction It is all fun and games off-road until you brake your front axle. For axles without glide plates, this is a real possibility that can make a weekend excursion go downhill fast. To ensure this never happens, the Rancho Performance Front Differential Glide Plate is Manufactured from 1/4-in. high-strength, low-alloy steel and covered in a durable red powder-coated finish. The extra protective finish ensures product longevity as well as protection against rust and corrosion. The red color adds a little pop of color over your differential that can be seen if you have a leveled or lifted Wrangler or Gladiator.
