Revolution Gear and Axle D30, 4340 Chromoly US Made Front Axle Kit, SUPER 30, 30 Spline Upgrade kit without Locker. Revolution uses the large 1350 Style U-Joint for all of our Jeep applications. Using the substantially larger 1350 Style U-Joint provides a substantial increase in strength over the smaller 5-760X U-Joint and allows extra clearance for tighter turning. All Revolution Axles are backed by a fantastic lifetime warranty against failures, including but not limited to U-Joint failure.

Revolution Gear and Axle USA MADE Axle Kits are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty Warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage, bent axles and twisted splines. This warranty is non-transferable. U-Joints are only covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 Year (Front Axle Kits with Revolution Gear HD Chromoly U-Joints carry a limited 10 Year Warranty). Parts subject to normal wear are not covered under warranty; this includes bearings and seals. Revolution Gear and Axle reserves the right to either axle replacement or credit after the first warranty claim.
