Drag Link is CNC formed from 1.5-inch x .250 wall DOM tubing Abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of drag link length without removing it from the vehicle Both ends of the bar use pinch bolts instead of jam nuts to simplify installation and adjustment. 100% bolt-on components assure an easy, trouble free installation with the use of basic hand tools The Synergy Manufacturing HD Drag Link Kit Offers Improved Steering Feel, Stiffness, and Strength The all new design and components of the Synergy Manufacturing HD Drag Link Kit is specific to Jeep Wrangler JL. It is a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock drag link. For an immediate steering impact, this drag link will give you a better feel, stiffness, and strength. Depending on your current axle width, you can adjust this drag link to fit the current size. Better than the OEM design, this drag link is fully welded for complete strength and stability. One of the hallmark features is the Pitman arm side tie rod end with a single plane design that eliminates unwanted drag link flop. This Drastically simplifies installation and only allows a necessary degree of movement. You really cannot find a better drag link on the market! More Direct Connection to the Ground The Synergy Manufacturing HD Drag Link Kit features increased tubing wall thickness to improve drag link strength and steering feel. This drag link offers a more direct connection to the road/trail compared to stock so you have no more bent drag links and you will not have to constantly re-center your steering wheel. The included heavy-duty metal on metal tie rod ends are stronger and more durable than stock. They include grease fittings and replaceable dust boots for easy maintenance. For proper function, the Synergy High Performance Grease recommended (4119). The featured double adjuster assembly allows for adjustment of drag link length without removing it from your Jeep. Each kit includes a Drag Link Flip Adapter that is meant for those who will be converting to high steer. For running high steer, the Front Track Bar Relocation Bracket is required. Fitment: Jeep Wrangler JL Jeep Gladiator JT Important Notes: No additional requirements for installation in the stock location. Relocation of the drag link to the top of the knuckle for high steer requires 3-inch bump stop spacers, front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing. Replacement tie rod ends: 1x 4162-L, 1x 4163-L.
