The TeraFlex Tera44 heavy duty upgrade axle housing (TF44) is your perfect solution for any bent, broken, or damaged front axles in any Wrangler vehicle. The Tera44 is an exceptional solution for Jeep owners looking to strengthen any area of weakness in their Jeep. The differential center section is engineered for extreme adventures and is made with rib gussets with ductile cast iron housing. Its smooth radius bottom is designed to enhance gliding over rocks, and it comes with a bottom oil drain hole for simple oil change.
By increasing the axle tube diameter to be the largest in the industry, the 3.23" OD by 0.25" wall DOM tubing make axle bending and breaking a story of the past. Re-designed inner knuckles increase section strength to eliminate ball joint separation. The replacement axle housing assembly includes the Tera44 section, 3.25" OD tubes, 1/4� thick CNC laser-cut axle brackets, reinforced front trackbar mount for greater strength, and forged inner knuckles.
Pre-installed inner seals and upper control arm bushings make the upgrade seamless. The axle has a premium UV protected powder coat for superior corrosion resistance.
