The TeraFlex Front CRD60 8-Lug Locking Hub Conversion Kit is designed specifically for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler (JK) models equipped with a TeraFlex CRD60 front axle. This heavy-duty kit is engineered to increase wheel-to-flange strength, improve braking performance, and allow for the use of larger, 8-lug wheels suitable for extreme off-road, overlanding, or large-tire setups.
FEATURES:
8-Lug Conversion: Converts the front axle from a 5-lug to an 8x6.5" wheel bolt pattern, increasing strength and durability. Locking Hubs (SlimLock): Features forged 4340 chromoly 35-spline stub shafts and a SlimLock hub design. This allows for disengaging the hubs for smoother highway driving or flat towing, reducing front driveline wear. High-Strength Spindles: Includes forged 4140 chromoly spindles that increase the distance between inner and outer wheel bearings, significantly reducing bearing load. Slotted Big Rotors: Includes slotted big rotors for improved braking power, essential for heavier Jeeps with larger tires. ABS/ESP Compatibility: The hub design seals and protects OEM wheel speed sensors from mud, rocks, and trail debris, maintaining all ABS and ESP functions.
NOTE: This kit is designed to upgrade a TeraFlex CRD60 axle and is not a direct replacement for stock Dana 30/44 front axles.
