The TeraFlex Front Tera60 Axle with Lockout Hubs has been engineered for front applications that require maximum up travel and suspension compression.
The design integrates the driver upper control arm mount into the housing assembly, which provides an additional 2” of up travel when compared to other 60 series aftermarket axles.
This housing features heavy duty bearing caps, high-flow oil passages, smooth profile surfaces, and increased cover mounting area. Additionally the Tera60 will retain all the factory ESP, ABS, as well as the speedometer sensor capabilities.
The tuning and steering dynamics are improved, and forged alloy steel inner knuckles will provide the strength, and ball joint spread resistance. The inner knuckle positions the ball joints further apart to relieve stress, have unnecessary wear, and increase ball joint life. The knuckles still maintain the JK specific ball joint inclination for improved scrub radius, and better tuning dynamics. The cast outer knuckles incorporate tie rod steering mounts for superior strength.
Integrated brake caliper mounts are designed to be used with the TeraFlex big brake kit, as well as the big rotor kit that employs the 13.3” diameter rotor.
The axle tubing is constructed of 3.25” O.D. 3/8” wall DOM axle tubing to provide the strength needed while saving weight.
All Tera60 axles come standard with the TeraFlex big brake kit. The Tera60 is compatible with all Super 60 gear ratios for extreme duty applications that require additional ring and pinion strength.

The Tera60 is available in standard 5x5”unit bearing assembly or an 8x6.5” full float configuration for more extreme applications. All Tera60 axles come standard with the TeraFlex big brake kit. The Tera60 is compatible with all Super 60 gear ratios for extreme duty applications requiring additional ring and pinion strength.
This particular Tera60 will come with a 4.88 ARB ratio.
