Description
Heavy-Duty Bolt Patterns, One Aggressive Wheel
The XF Offroad XF-240 is a dual-drilled 20x9 truck wheel covering two of the most common heavy-duty bolt patterns in the segment: 8x165.1 (8x6.5) and 8x180. The 8x165.1 pattern fits Ram 2500 trucks from 1994 through 2010 (including Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 2500 through 2027), along with Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD from 2001 to 2010. The 8x180 pattern covers Chevy and GMC 2500 HD and 3500 platforms from 2011 to present. The 125.2mm hub bore fits these heavy-duty platforms, and the 99 verified fitments span 15 confirmed applications, with 10 additional verified fits beyond the primary five.
Split Ten-Spoke Design with Milled Red Edges
The XF-240 runs a split ten-spoke layout in a concave profile, giving the face visual depth and a layered, dimensional look from any angle. The finish is gloss black with red milled spoke edges: the spoke faces carry a gloss black surface, and the milled edges along each spoke reveal a sharp red accent that adds contrast without overwhelming the design. Exposed lug hardware sits in a circle around the hub bore, visible on the face and adding a purposeful, hardware-forward detail to the overall look. A center cap is included with this wheel.
Cast Alloy Construction Built for the Long Haul
XF Offroad built the XF-240 as a one-piece cast alloy wheel, a construction that supports the complex spoke geometry and concave profile this design demands. Cast alloy handles the deep spoke shaping and contoured face in a single continuous form, keeping the structural integrity intact across the full load cycle. At 37 lbs, the wheel carries the weight appropriate for a one-piece HD truck wheel at this size. XF Offroad has grown quickly since 2017 by applying advanced casting technology to truck-specific designs, and the XF-240 reflects that approach.
Offset and Stance on HD Platforms
At 0mm offset, the mounting surface sits exactly at the wheel's centerline, positioning the barrel evenly between the inner and outer edges. On a 9-inch-wide wheel, this places the face in a neutral, centered position relative to the hub, which suits the wide track and fender geometry of full-size HD trucks without pushing aggressively outward. Backspacing measures 5 inches. This is a truck-scaled combination that works across stock, leveled, and lifted HD setups.
Fitment Across the HD Lineup
The dual-drill covers Ram 2500 (1994-2027), Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD (2001-2010), GMC Sierra 2500 HD (2001-2010), and Dodge Ram 1500 (2006-2008), among other verified applications. The XF-240 is also offered in additional sizes, widths, and finishes across the lineup for builds that need a different fit.
