Old Man Emu looked at the bigger picture when designing their Nitrocharger shocks. They wanted something that was capable of intense use as well as pure comfort when street driving.
After extensive research into the design of the valving system, they landed on using a balanced 1.4" Teflon banded rebound piston, an equalized multi-stage valving system to prevent oil starvation when under intense use, a rock hard 0.71in piston rod and low pressure nitrogen gas in their twin tube design. Put all together, the outcome was an excellent shock that could please more than just one type of driver.
