Warn Zeon 10 Platinum Winch

The Warn Zeon 10 Platinum Series Winch comes with several great attributes that makes this one of the more advanced winches available to the off-road market.
WARN eliminated the manual clutch with this winch, and implemented an advanced wireless remote control which operates the winch, as well as the clutch and other accessories. The Zeon 10 Platinum Series Winch comes with 80’ of 3/8” aircraft grade wire rope and a roller fairlead. 
The remote controlled clutch is engaged and disengaged with the Advanced Wireless Remote. The remote also controls the winch in, winch out, and free spool operations. The manual clutch has been eliminated, so no more re-engaging a manual clutch which is convenient for cold or wet conditions.

Additionally the remote allows the user to control up to 2 accessories, and will provide the operator feedback on vehicle battery charge, as well as winch motor temperature. A USB charging cable, as well as a car charger.
The new high speed motor features stronger gears, and a heat treated ring gear which delivers 20% faster line speed, and was rated best-in-class efficiency.
The durable aluminum structure has a flat black powder-coated finish, and has stainless steel fasteners that makes this winch super abrasion resistant. It is IP68 rated, and during the development process this winch withstood over 400 hours of salt-spray testing.

A large diameter alloy winch drum is reinforced with a steel sleeve. It is light weight, and will reduce rope wear.
